Connor Bennett is a Wilmington native with a deep connection to the local community and a long-standing commitment to its continued growth. A graduate of the Cameron School of Business at the University of North Carolina Wilmington, Connor served for eight years on the Alumni Advisory Board, strengthening ties between alumni and the emerging generation of business leaders.

An entrepreneur at heart, Connor brings a wealth of real-world experience to his role in commercial real estate. As Vice President and second-generation owner of Bennett Brothers Yachts—an internationally respected custom yacht builder and repair facility—he developed a strong foundation in operations, strategic planning, and leadership. He played an instrumental role in expanding the company and successfully overseeing the sale of both the marina and the operational boatyard. Following the transaction, Connor continued to support the new ownership group in land acquisition and development projects throughout Southeastern North Carolina.

Connor’s success in commercial real estate is rooted in his belief in the power of strategic relationships and client-first service. His multi-industry experience across the Southeast positions him to offer clients unique insights and competitive advantages in navigating complex real estate transactions. Known for his resilience, negotiation strength, and ability to drive results, Connor brings clarity, confidence, and commitment to every deal.

Outside of work, Connor is an avid endurance athlete, regularly training for marathons and triathlons. He is also actively involved in the community, volunteering with the Big Buddy Program and coaching local youth lacrosse. His disciplined mindset and dedication to service enrich the value he brings to his clients. Whether working with developers, investors, or business owners, Connor is a trusted advisor known for his creative thinking, strong work ethic, and in-depth knowledge of the Wilmington market and beyond.
